"Where do I start? first thing, the check in process was confusing, no bell boy attended to welcome us, once we checked in we found out that the room was in the new building which was quite far and we should reload the baggage back into the car again and drove to the building, it would be nice if someone has welcome us and told us about this before we unloaded our tons of luggages. When we finally got in the room, no wi-fi, yep no wi-fi and limited cable tv channels, we felt like back in the 90s...

"Solotrip to Cirebon. Hotel is quite old and needs some renovate - but authentic Indonesian style, its like resort feeling. Staff are very friendly, F&B is ok - but not fantastic, Gym area not ok - major uplifting needs here, Pool area is also a bit distressing. Rooms are ok, but need renovation. Lobby area is comfortable and relaxing."
