"This hotel was my first experience with a 5-star hotel & it lived up to my expectations. The staff were friendly & helpful trying to ensure that I would have a comfortable stay from the beginning to the end. The atmosphere & room were luxurious & I appreciated the upgrade to a garden view room. Breakfast was tasty with a large selection of options. The garden was quaint & lovely. I would love to make another reservation whenever I plan on returning back to Bruges & definitely will recommend...

"Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists but only a short walk to many of the main points of interest. Sussana was most helpful for information and directions. Our room (602)was cozy, clean, and had good space with a kitchenette which was equipped with all that one needs - coffee maker, oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, utensils, kitchenware etc. Our recommendation- change to better pillows. And, there is a nook with unused space where you can put a small sitting...
