"Location is amazing overlooking the falls, rooms are quite nice, amenities are good. Our room on the 39th floor was hot in early June, and we couldn't get it cool enough to be comfortable. The wait for the elevators to the upper floors could be quite long at times. We appreciated the "happy hour" snacks and drinks, but the "free" morning buffet was crowded, hectic and disappointing based on our stays at other Embassy Suites elsewhere in the country. "Beautiful hotel. Perfect stay. Great bed, great pillows. Only con is the rooms are carpeted and they are old so there is a mild odour ( you get use to it quickly though). I will return for sure. "

"the hotel is great. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Rooms and restaurants are very comfortable. Pricing is great for some venues and very enjoyable. However some aren't as price friendly. The breakfast for two came to $100 with tip.. It was very pricey but we realized that a perk was that we could watch a hen actually laying our eggs in front of us."

We requested service and it never seemed like it was addressed. The front desk was awesome but these items were still very aggravating. "
