"This chain is excellent value. I have stayed in the Exeter hotel twice. My priority is a good night’s sleep. I can’t comment on the bar or food but the people are friendly, the reception staff very helpful and the rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. My stay here has lead me to book other Leonardo hotels in other cities where I stay for work. "

"It was an ok stay but breakfast didn’t go very well. It was very busy, peak time, they rewarded about queuing but the queues were caused by running out of food not because it was busy. Everyone was told at reception that breakfast was included but then they didn’t provide enough breakfast!! We only had a partial breakfast as there was not enough time to wait - we were down early as well! Staff were ok room was as I expected. "

"We arrived early for checkin and asked if we could leave our bag which was no problem. Only stayed one night but found it very good value, nice room with a sea view, comfortable bed and a good breakfast in the morning. Cant really ask for more. Thank you, we will be back!"

"Love this hotel for our break. Have stayed before. Location brillant, staff pleasant friendly and helpful! Nice room, lovely bathroom, fab shower!!. My reason for 4 star is our room was located in the newer extension, which isnt as sound proof as the orginal part of the hotel. I could here people as though they were in our room...and every time someone walked past the door the floor boards from the hallway to our room creaked as though someone was entering the room. This wouldnt stop me from...
