"Very enjoyable stay. Staff friendly and professional. The rooms were comfortable and had all amenities we needed. Breakfast area was lovely and food delicious. Lovely outside areas to enjoy in the sunshine. Location was great, easy walk to city centre and Quay. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Exeter. "

"We had a 2 night stay. Craig was chatty, but failed to point out a few things at breakfast on the first morning which proved a little irritating. The pool is only available for guests on certain hours, for example 6-10pm only. Also, rooms are not serviced unless you actually ask for them to be. This information was on the noticeboard but this was not pointed out, so we didn't see it. Otherwise, a nice stay, a good breakfast. Oh, and very light coloured curtains so expect to be woken early."
