"Lovely hotel and amazing for the kids. Pool is a bonus, especially being open so late!! We also made use of the soft play area and the playground outside which were great. Breakfast was basic and rooms could do with updating but overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back here. Staff were always friendly and helpful. "

"Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to go to Disney. The hotel is beautiful, ignore the negative reviews as I couldn't find one issue with the hotel. The free shuttle bus can get busy at peak times but this would be the same for any hotel. Breakfast is the most quiet at 7am we were the only family in there. It does get a lot busier from 8:30am but I did witness staff replenishing food that had ran out. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly when the children realised...

"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"After initially been allocated a Courtyard room, that we were not happy with, on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay we were offered another room within the main hotel that was a different experience altogether. Space, furnishings and soundproofing all seemed much better, and on a par with previous visits.The facilities in the Hotel, and within the grounds provide plenty to do for families or those wanting to just relax.
