"I didnt like the local parking doesnt open until 7am and i has to leave at 5. They told me at the front desk they would send a special wifi access code, but they didnt, even when i asked again."

"The hotel boasts the best location for tourists among branded hotels in Royal Mile Edinburgh. We took a three-day hiking trip to Loch Ness and came back at 6pm. The drop-off point at Lawnmarket is just 2 minutes walking from the hotel, so that we still had a lot of time in early evening to revisit the Edinburgh old town center. On the second day, we had to take an early flight back to Seattle, and the airlink stop to the airport was just 10 minutes walking from the hotel. "

"Just got back from an amazing seven days at Baobab and was so sad to leave ! We stayed in a 2 x bedroom suite with pool and was perfect ! My brother was recovering from a major operation so we hardly left our suite and didn’t need to as got food delivered from room service which was really good and not far away was a mini market to get drinks etc the spa was brilliant too as my brother had a couple of massages , the staff are all so lovely and go above and beyond to help with anything you need...

"Such a great space; beautifully decorated and roomy. Amazing cakes made fresh every day, and so much thought has gone into providing breakfast / snacks and everything you need. The location is also ideal for exploring Amalfi and Capri, as it’s so close to the port"

"The staff could not be more helpful and the position of this hotel is so convenient for site seeing. Our room was excellent, on ground floor with hot tub and separate sitting area with cooking facilities if needed. Highly recommend "
