"This has been our regular destination for past few years, unfortunately during this visit, the pool slides were closed for the exact duration of our stay so the kids missed out on that, and there was a wedding group the same time so we couldn’t get any bookings at the hair and beauty salon due to wedding group having booked it for the Sat we were there and the salon was closed on Sunday. Bad timing. The resort itself is wonderful, clean rooms, spacious, great service, staff are awesome, Bazaar...

"Very happy place, a little expensive with meals, check out could be easier having my daughter in law exit in a queue for 30mins to be told when it was her turn that the cashier was closed and she would have to join the end of another queue- very stressful when trying to get the ferry. Staff member was not polite and caused some distress"
