"An old style heritage hotel at a calm & quite place. Closer to Cruise jetties. It is equidistance from both North and South Goa. Good place for families. Restaurant needs improvement - need more space and variety. Breakfast is below average. No varieties. Need serious attention. Rooms were good, fairly big and well maintained. Wooden furnitures (coat, tables & chairs) give a special feeling. Though I got 51% off in hotels.com, the rooms are priced very high in the hotel website. ...

"Beautiful heritage property (you can’t miss it on arrival as it’s very popular with tourists for instagram!) with nice internal decoration. Spacious simple rooms with AC and fan. "The quantity in the complementary breakfast is less.It doesn't have much varieties.Sometimes it lacks quality.Amenities are to be improved.For example,tea kettle is very dirty inside and one cannot make tea/ boil water in this.The dinner plates are right below A/C.It's exhaust is falling on it.The TV and fridge are very old and dirty to be changed.LED TV is to be substituted similarly the fridge.The blanket is without cover, it's furr are disturbing while sleeping."

"Amazing, pleasantly surprised, more than i had hoped for... worth it. Booking an online booking can be hit and miss... a description and a pic sometimes do not match the product, not in this case. A dishwasher, a washing machine, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen....a full kitchen. Sadly only one of the pools was open. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was pretty good, the location was spot on and the coconuts were crazy fresh. If you go to Goa and want to relax you could do a heck of alot...

"Property was well laid out and actively. A short walk from the room were the dinner venues, swimming pool, and a little further down some sets of stairs, the beach. It was very peaceful and the staff are very helpful. Guest services were happy to ensure our stay was brilliant including little personalised gift for the kids. Anish Naik was fantastic in their restaurant. He was very attentive and helped ensure that everyone had something they would enjoy for dinner. Including those on a strict diet. Helpful and very patient meant that we came back a few times for dinner here. They had a great selection of veg and non veg. Overall a brilliant stay and would recommend without a doubt for couples, young families or extended family trips. "
