"My stay here was terrible the staff were not friendly at all. My room was spacious yet disgusting the bedding was stained, the wall in the bathroom was half off, it advertises free wifi which can not be accessed in your room which is extremely inconvenient, it claims to also have cable tv which is incorrect it only had local channels working which was no good because I don't speak Hindi."

"Absolutely awful! I arrived with the photo, it did not match what was in front of me. The facilities and the room did not meet my expectations. When I asked the staff to give me refund they said no. False advertising or what! The welcome drink tasted like gone off oil and slightly like faeces. I was sick in their bushes outside and when I asked for a bottle of water they gave me a glass....which was the same one as the 'juice'. Horrendous and Expedia let me down as no one was answering...

"2 minutes from the beach, fairly basic beach huts, but with en suite, shower, fan and electric, and in a really nice setting, the owner and staff are brilliant, really helpfull and will do anything for you, can't praise them enough, they made my holiday."

"Amazing, pleasantly surprised, more than i had hoped for... worth it. Booking an online booking can be hit and miss... a description and a pic sometimes do not match the product, not in this case. A dishwasher, a washing machine, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen....a full kitchen. Sadly only one of the pools was open. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was pretty good, the location was spot on and the coconuts were crazy fresh. If you go to Goa and want to relax you could do a heck of alot...

"The pool area is beautiful. However, the pool water was a little murky and the interior of the pool was in need of a thorough scrubbing. I have stayed here before and enjoyed a quiet atmosphere at the pool with the oldies playing in the background. This visit was different. Loudspeakers blared so loudly with popular Indian music to the point that I could not relax. The control box for the a/c window unit was hanging by tape but it did work. "We have booked Albenjoh guest house for 27th Aug-29th Aug,2017. The only advantage I fill is the location. Calangute and Baga beach is in walkable distance and there are plenty of good restaurents nearby. Room condition is okay, but the amenities are not at all enough as per the Delux Non-AC rooms. They don't have geyser, they have Solar water heater. So, if there is not enough sunlight, no hot water. They don't have any kind of food services not at all tea in morning. In Bathroom, only a...

"Property was well laid out and actively. A short walk from the room were the dinner venues, swimming pool, and a little further down some sets of stairs, the beach. It was very peaceful and the staff are very helpful. Guest services were happy to ensure our stay was brilliant including little personalised gift for the kids. Anish Naik was fantastic in their restaurant. He was very attentive and helped ensure that everyone had something they would enjoy for dinner. Including those on a strict diet. Helpful and very patient meant that we came back a few times for dinner here. They had a great selection of veg and non veg. Overall a brilliant stay and would recommend without a doubt for couples, young families or extended family trips. "
