Most of the staff were friendly but some I found were a little rude and felt we were inconvenient for them the lift took ages so we always took the stairs. Bar staff were very friendly. A lot of areas to enjoy and relax. 12 min walking to the center a lo of nice restaurants at city center. But if you want to relax there is a really nice pool area with a bar."
