"Amazing place to stay and visit Lucca walled city . The rooms are spacious beautiful decorated, comfy beds nice and cosy for when we got back from walking around the city. "Positive points : internal parking but limited and your car may be blocked by other residents Well equipped rooms the furniture was like 5 stars hotels . Negative points: The AC doesn't work properly, it was really hot there . The lady that did the check in knocked our door strongly and told me that i have change the parking of my car i understand but she spoke loudly with me and this was really disrespectful from her . "
