Hotel so close to archeological park and restaurants but also set back slightly so very peaceful. The room was very clean and modern. The citrus garden was a lovely place to sit and have a drink or something to eat. The staff were very helpful. Overall an excellent hotel.

Room very clean, extra towels and easy access lighting with wall buttons technology control. The highlight was the impressive buffet breakfast, fresh bread and delicious cappuccino. Few steps from the Pompeii park entrance. The only downside was the view from the room.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The parking was an absolute time saver

Beautiful, modern, high style hotel in the best location for easy, uncrowded entry to the Pompeii archeological site. Gorgeous garden for drinks or meals. Delicious breakfast buffet. A 10 minute walk from the Pompeii city train station served frequently by Trenitalia from Naples.

Excellent location, right by the Pompeii ruins entrance. Food in the restaurant was excellent, both in quality, quantity and price. Our room was pleasant, albeit slightly dated. It was clean, plenty of towels in the bathroom and the shower was excellent. We missed having tea and coffee facilities in the room and a complimentary bottle of water would have been a nice touch.

Really nice hotel in excellent location just across the road for the entrance t the Pompei Ruins. Free car parking less than 100 metres away. Good breakfast. We ate in the hotel every night in the outside garden area at the back of the hotel. Very secuded and peaceful. Good food. Reasonably priced

We couldn’t fault the hotel, the staff, the service, all incredible. We ate in the beautiful outdoor restaurant every evening of our stay, we had no reason to look elsewhere, we had everything we wanted here. Our room was spotless, beautiful views and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend, huge thank you for a great stay.

This was a great stop over spot on our jouney from sorrento to Venice. The entry to the Pompeii archeological site was just a short walk from the hotel.

I loved being in this hotel. It doesn’t look like much from the street but once you go through the arch, you enter a different world. The lemon garden is the first thing you see before entering the front door. This is the best place to be at night when it becomes the seating area for the hotel’s restaurant. The room was comfortable, but we were most impressed with the staff, who were friendly and knowledgeable. The location, across from Pompeii’s amphitheater entrance and near the heart of modern Pompeii, was an extra plus.

The location of the property is ideal to explore Pompeii, right at the beginning of the main road where all the restaurants and amenities can be found, however inside it was really quiet and calm, the garden was the perfect place to relax and unwind after walking around the area, not to mention the great food we enjoyed in this area when we dined in the hotel. The amenities in the room were great, the cleanliness second to none, the staff friendliness was the most outstanding fact we encounter. Michelle and Ludmila in the restaurant, Luigi and all the reception team were very attentive and willing to go the extra mile for any request we had. Thoroughly enjoyed stay and will come back to this place without thinking twice. We found the perfect place in Pompeii for our next holiday, we felt well looked after and secure in this beautiful family run Hotel.

Hotel Forum was an excellent place to stay in order to visit Pompeii. The hotel is located right across the street from the entrance and near all the other restaurants and shops in the town of Pompeii. The free breakfast was exceptional! We ate dinner at the hotel one night and it was also fantastic. The staff was also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Hotel Forum!

The room was good, but the garden was great, and the restaurant of the hotel served very nice seafood pasta. Very close to the other entrance to the archeological site, and a close walking distance to the city
