"Good Evening: This hotel is so well worth it! It deserves an 11 out of 10. This property’s staff was amazing especially in my husband’s and my predicament. I broke my leg while getting on Trenitalia from Naples to Rome. It was the last leg of our trip. The Female Manager on duty on 4/27/24 and front desk attendant, Andrea, Hotel Worker from Colombia, Alejandro, the Colombian delivery man and the gentleman at the desk in the evening on 4/28/24 were beyond excellent. "It’s a 3-5 minute walk to secondary Pisa train station. We made day trips so the location was great. Breakfast was great as were the hours. We’ll be back."

"We stayed 7 nights in hotel Express. So far hotel is clean , well maintained, rooms big enough, bed comfortable , bathroom clean . WiFi didn’t work well most of times unfortunately, not sure what the issue but will recommend to fix it . Staff if pleasant, professional and helpful, breakfast was ok . Across the street huge supermarket, done dining , in general this is nice hotel , recommend. "

I'm sure if we took the time to understand the local transit system it would have been easy and convenient. A number of local restaurants. A bit noisy with traffic. In total pleasant."
