"The resort is immaculate and the staff are incredible. super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The island is beautiful and lots of good snorkelling spots just off the beach. Rooms are immaculate, and if your lucky and leave the decking door open you may even get a wee visit from some of the local wildlife! In short could not recommend this resort highly enough, go and you will not regret it."

"I was debating between several islands within the Maldives. I am SOOOO happy my family and I choose to stay with The W. The service was absolutely impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and 3 year old daughter (especially Ms. Hadi and Mr. Ali). "The resort was wonderful, the staff were great, food was good and healthy (aside from the desert bar, haha). My only request to improve the stay is to limit the areas that people can smoke, it was very hard to find somewhere that was free of cigarette smoke."

"We have been to other resorts and this is hands down the best resort in the Maldives. Everyone we talked to raved that the reefs and resort are the best around! They cleaned our room twice a day. They designated a person to pick us up and take us to the airport. Everyone was beyond friendly!! "

"Safari Island was paradise for us, with easy access to the reef for snorkelling. Facilities were well spread out. With more than 100 guests, the resort experience felt very private. The food was exceptional and 'half board' (full international buffet breakfast and dinner) was enough for us, with our own fruit and snacks. The chefs at the buffet stations were affable and friendly. The range and quality of food is excellent. The tables had linen tablecloths and napkins and attentive wait staff...

"I should've been did this review in Sept 2021 when went for our honeymoon Rm 262. I seem to can't get this place out of my head and want to go back. Hands down from beginning to end, the staff met every need and made sure we were good. They were excellent! Very welcoming and friendly. The food was really good and our over water villa was beautiful. I heard they are doing some renovations. When it's complete we will definitely revisit. "

"Nice location, friendly staff. We stayed for one night before heading to Male early in the morning. The hotel organized us a night fishing with proper gear (only one per three persons) and knowledgeable fishermen. Afterwards they grilled the catch and prepared us a proper goodbye dinner. Ask anything, they will organize! The room itself was ok. We had a room with double bed plus extra single bed and AC. Bathroom would need some update and there were no hot water.
