"Arrivés a 19h alors que la chambre était payée, on nous a informé que l'hotel était complet. On nous a proposé une nuit dans leur autre hotel, que nous connaissions, tres éloigné de l'aeroport et a nous de payer la différence..., ce que nous avons refusé, l'hotel etant plus cher que la chambre réservé. Nous devions en plus payer le transport... Bref, après beaucoup de négociations nous leur avons demandé d'appeler un taxi pour nous emmener dans un hotel proche de l'aeroport car notre vol etait...

"The impression of Citi Hotel International at Jalan Palang Merah while I researched gave the impression that it was a 3 to 4 star hotel. It turns out to be a 2-star or lower. "This place is amazing - stayed here before and after jungle trek. Very beautiful view of river and food was so good and affordable, we never wanted to go off site to eat anywhere else. Wish we couldve stayed longer. Power goes out time to time but never more than 2 mins, all part of the area. So beautiful and relaxing and lots of monkeys around. Wifi only in lounge/restaurant"

"positive: room was cleaned well. rain shower. Hotel allowed late check out (1pm) for me which I truly appreciate. negative: no tissues in room, no fridge, and no hairdryer (need to request). shampoo and body wash is a 3 in 1 and quality was not good. A few black moulds on toilet walls. "
