"I generally do not write reviews! But this one forced me to... Went as a couple to stay at the property (La Montana) for 2 days. We checked out 5 days ago when writing this review. The wifi did not work until we left, the television never worked always giving error that payment due. When we went to eat breakfast we been asked to leave because it was very close to "closing" time . Very rude staffs. Bathroom stinks - no proper showerhead or hot water. Staff had to come 3 times to fix our...

"I would give it 100 stars if i could! This hands-down has been the best hotel i've stayed in so far. The experience was truly world class and the rooms were pristine and spotless. You would taste the true sense of hospitality once you enter their property all the way from their front desk staff till the staff who do room service. They were accommodative with all my requests, helped me tour the property and additionally helped me with late-checkout, complimentary cake for our anniversary etc....

"We were very disappointed with many things... firstly the hotel needs to work on its maintenance part. The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it. The staff was sooo undertrained and raw.. And i feel they should atleast be aware of the hotel little basic know how... whm we were asking the staff about the property.. they gave us a blank look.. seemed very clueless The lady staff...

"Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Staff are attentive and warm, and show good initiative. For example when I dropped my fork at the breakfast service, they noticed and immediately came and replaced my fork without me having to ask for a new one. Breakfast in terms of taste and variety as far as 5 star hotels go is only average though. However, it is good enough for a business stay. "The staff was wonderful, kind and always eager to help. The elevators smelled strongly of food the entire stay. The fourth floor smelled musty as soon as you exited the elevator. The room was nice and organized well but the bathroom shower was moldy. I hate leaving anything negative since the staff was above and beyond amazing, but the condition of the shower was disgusting and the moldy smell was off-putting. I'd have forgiven the elevator smell if the other two hadn't be an issue."
