"Amazing hotel to stay at. We were a large group of college students. Location is amazing, in the middle of the heart of the city. Walkable, safe and close to every restaurant and monuments"

"The rooms were very clean, and the decor was beautiful and ornate. I truly felt like I was in a palace. The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were not small, and there were sitting areas all around the hotel. We were able to sit on the rooftop with stunning views of the Duomo and city. The most difficult aspect of the stay was the restricted desk hours from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We had a difficult time paying the city tax because we left early in the morning before we could contact anyone at the...

"Superb location, within walking distance of the Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, Duomo, and all major tourist spots. In the heart of a hundred dining options and lovely staff with lots of suggestions."

"Very nice hotel. It has the best rooftop view of Florence, we enjoyed going up to the Empire rooftop bar for drinks while enjoying the sunset. Staff is excellent and rooms are clean and comfortable "

"Lovely helpful friendly staff, room a little tired but still clean and comfortable, in an excellent situation especially the view from the roof terrace. Our air con wasn’t working, and we only discovered this on our first of two nights, during the night. We opened the window to the street, which became a hive of activity pretty early. We forgot to report it the next day, so that was down to us. It didn’t spoil our stay though, would certainly stay there again. "
