"Both check in and check out we’re quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 219 the laminate flooring was un even and had holes. The bathroom had down lights hanging from the ceiling The jets in the bath led to the bath being dirty when used. There was small open door next to the bathroom that led to a room that wasn’t used or meant to be seen. The aircon was left on all evening and didn’t change the room at all. "

"Absolutely stunning views from the room. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate a different room for my 1 year old son. I was given a room with a 4 poster bed and requested one without this. The manager showed me 3 different rooms one of which was a family room (even though I only booked a double room) just to cater to my request. She was patient and allowed me to choose a room I ended up going with the original room given to me as the views were beautiful and not once...

"It was our second time staying here, because it's location is very good if you're attending an event at the resorts world arena or using the train to go into Birmingham, both a short walk. We like having free use of the leisure facilities during our stay, pool, gym sauna steam room and jacuzzi. Our room was right next to the main road so we kept our window shut as my partner is a light sleeper and you could not hear it and we were ok but I think it would have been too hot for some. "The hotel was close by to the train station and all amenities, the foyer and bar area and restaurant was really good, the room was clean and tidy but the furniture was outdated and the mattress was very hard so sleeping was very uncomfortable and the shower wasn’t very powerful. No iron in the room. The indoor swimming pool wasn’t very clean(dirty nappy left on a chair), bits floating in the pool and also it needs up dating. The staff were excellent and very helpful. "
