"Property was beautiful, room amazing and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good but they were very slow to replace items that were depleted if at all. Check in was fast and very abrupt and when I entered no help was offered with my bags. When I asked for some information the following day, the woman at front desk said she wasn’t from the island and didn’t know. She did recommend that I hike up to Vidova Gora at 4 pm which was odd because it’s a 2 hour plus hike, one-way and I’d have to descend in the dark. Just seemed robotic. I got the overall sense that the staff was just ready to stop working after a very busy season. Housekeeping did not even replace am empty tissue box. "

Although we did not complain, we referred to this in a review the hotel asked us for shortly after arrival. Immediately the manager responded and he and his team went out of their way to offer us three alternative room choices. We were very impressed with their response and moved to another room of the same grade but with much better proportions. The hotel is very clean and comfortable , newly refurbished and the staff are very efficient and friendly . Breakfast buffet has a very wide selection as does the evening buffet. The location right on the beach is superb as is the pool area . Arguably the best hotel on this stretch of coastline and within minutes of the old town . Bus station is only 5 minutes away from where you can travel to major centres of Split, Dubrovnik and Mostar over the border for superb sightseeing and stunning scenery all round."
