"The property was convenient to stay for the night before flight home from Bergamo Airport. Room was clean and comfortable…little in the way of hot beverages. A bit disappointed with restaurant menu, not a lot of choice and because it was quite busy we were put in the small cafe like room to the side of dining area…which was beautifully presented, our table and chairs were not. Staff very friendly and pleasant but we felt we were forgotten about because of the room we were in"

" Excellent place to stay. The professionalism of the staff was top-notch!! They were helpful with recommendations from local restaurants to the best way to travel (taxi or metro). Even eating at their restaurant was a wonderful experience!
