Attached to a mall with many eating options. walking distance to an In & Out Burger. Subway station next to hotel with good bus connections. Pool was heated and clean. "

"The staff were great but the property definitely needs some upgrades which I noticed was mentioned in previous reviews but appreciated the fact that it was close to universal studios, rooms and facility were clean, the staff were attentive and friendly. I thought the parking was free but there was a charge of $22 per night."

"We stayed there to be close to family that lived 4 minutes down the road For the price it was ok.we were close to the Bowl and Hollywood ..my only complaint was we came back late one night and there was no secure gated parking available lots of heavy foot trafic ..not having my car secure is a big decision breaker..if your car isnt a factor then the price is ok."

"By far the worst customer service I ever experienced. She was difficult, cold, and gave minimal effort. I almost felt like I was bothering her by checking in. And god forbid I had a question.. I was better off winging it. The room's heater didn't work, so I had to ask for an extra blanket but it was such a task to engage with her, I avoided it til the cold was unbearable. I got my blanket, but not before she yelled at the maintenance guy to bring it to me- it was seriously uncomfortable to...
