"Lovely spot in the heart of Hollywood. Nice comfy bed and xlnt bathroom. Only thing I would like to add is there was no seating in the room. Just an office chair. When friend came by had to sit on the bed. Would have been nice to have complimentary water in the room. Lobby facilities very nice with complimentary coffee in the AM plus water."

"All around great hotel! I saw a lot of comments talking about the noise coming from the upstairs patio, yes you can definitely hear it from your room but it’s not bad enough to keep you up at night. But if you need absolute silence then I would say stay at a more basic holiday inn or something. Just know you’re staying at a very social hotel with a night life! "VERY NOISY - the property isn't advertised as being across the street and above an outdoor nightclub, but it is. On the first night we returned home exhausted to hear and feel the room vibrate from the club booming away across the street. It continued on throughout the night till 4am and then re-started for the cleaning up at 8am. The place is let by Pelican Residences (who aren't supposed to sub-let through Airbnb, we were asked not to enter through reception to avoid awkward questions). ...
