"My group found the Lexen to be a great place to stay if you are going to the Hollywood Bowl. It is so much easier to walk there as opposed to dealing with parking or an Uber. It's a 15 minute walk, slightly uphill for those who have issues, but for most anybody it would be easy. The hotel itself is unusual in that there is just a desk someone sits at to check you in; it's very sparse but it did the trick. "This place was perfect! Walking distance to The Hollywood Bowl and The Dolby Theatre it had a convenient location, friendly staff, and a clearly recent remodel. While it’s definitely more of a motel, it had all the amenities (comfy bed, fridge, microwave, TV) less a coffee maker in the room (didn’t matter because they have fresh coffee, tea, and juice in the lobby) and no pool. I will definitely stay there again on a future trip to Hollywood and I recommend you should too if you don’t need super...
