"What’s not to like? This is a great property for some nature connection that I needed. The owner was very nice and helpful as I had never visited this area. The property is clean and well kept. I basically fished for several hours in the morning/early afternoon on the Hiwassee River and then sat on the front porch and watch deer and other wildlife on the property. "

"We had a good experience all around. Looking for accomodations close to Cleveland as we were attending a New Years conference, and hotels were all booked, and for a family of 5 is always a challenge to find a place big enough within a budget.
