"Gem. Beschreibung & anhand ser Fotos ausgesucht, das sah gut aus. Die Fotos stammen definitiv von der Neueröffnung des Hotels und entsprechen überhaupt nicht mehr der Realität! Die Möbel sind einfach zusammengezimmert & wirken etwas herumtergekommen. Die Matraze des Bettes war so durchgelegen dass wir beide sozusagen direkt nach dem Hinlegen in die Mitte des Bettes rutschten! Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, keine Ablageflächen, und extrem alt. Es sieht eklig & heruntergekommen aus. Die Toilette...

"The sanitation was poor coz there were tiny cockroaches in the room despite the first night the staff tried to tackle it. No replacement room was offered even when we asked to move. The aircon was not cold during the first night but the staff cleaned the unit and somehow it worked. The bedsheet was not replaced despite we asked for replacement. Good thing I noticed coz there was a tiny black dot on my bedsheet which I found was still there after the room was being made up. It’s a disappointment...
