"This is a great location and a good base if you want to stay in the Hamdeok area but also explore other parts of Jeju. The bus stop is 1 min from the hotel. The beach is right across from the hotel. There are lots of food options on the stretch, and convenience stores close by. The hotel has more Western style amenities (partition in shower, large towels). Rooms were clean. There are lots of tourists so the area is quite busy. Highly recommend the Utop"

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. The ceilings were moldy, the curtains were torn, the washing machine was outside and did not work. The 'hotel' seemed to be a cheap combination of a flea market, karaoke bar and rooms. The elevator also did not feel entirely safe. I believe the 'hotel' would be shut down if a fire marshal or security firm did a thorough analysis of this place. I highly discourage choosing this place. It is awful!!!"

"We stayed in the suite and it is very spacious. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is Bigelow brand with lavender and peppermint scent which smells great. There is jacuzzi inside the room but we did not get the chance to use it. There are plenty of dining options that is walking distance from the hotel. I picked this hotel so I will be close to the airport and car rental return. I highly recommend this hotel."

"An enormous resort with a huge rooftop area. A karaoke room, laundry facilities. The staff were so lovely and gave us a gift for Parent’s day and also a great recommendation for a Jeju black pork bbq restaurant. There are pools at the hotel too but there emptied because it was colder weather. There is a cafe and restaurant located nearby but you will need a car to get to nearby areas where there are shops and restaurants. "Comfortable, spacious clean room. Staff polite and friendly; particularly exceptional service from a concierge staff (English name Peter) who helped contact our car rental service to fix a tyre puncture even quite late af night. Delicious food at the Pocha - great views from the restaurant and rooms. Great restaurants around the area. Shops are convenient especially the 7-Eleven. Parking is free and spacious. The Jjimjil spa was wonderful - especially. For sore muscles from a post-Hallasan hike. "
