Amazing stay at Hotel Sirius! Close to the airport in Jeju as well as shopping and dining downtown. Super clean and staff is very friendly. We were able to walk to most all shopping and dining. Can’t recommend enough!

First night the AC didn’t work, second night we got another staff to look at it then the temperature finally cool down. Room is not small, the swimming pool and gym was quite nice, small workouts are manageable

The location is good, around 10-15 minutes to city center. Room is clean and the hotel design is quite modern. Have free carpark for guests, which is nice. The price is reasonable and suprisingly the hotel is good at overall.

We chose this hotel as it is very close to the airport and we have an early departure. There are many dining options and shopping malls within walking distances. The room is spacious and well equipped, and parking is easy. A minor issue is that the rooms are facing a busy street and some traffic noise can be heard.

The hotel is clean and nice. But the rooms are smaller side. And also if you ar thinking of using the pool be aware that you need swimming caps else it is a no go. There is also a 2000 won fee for towels per use

* Price is reasonable * The room is nice and comfortable * though there’s extra cost for breakfast, but it is good with European or Korean style. I will recommend people who wants to stay nearby the airport, this is a good option.

Good location of the Hotel in the city. The Rooms are big and have everything you need. But what really ruined our stay was a horrible smell that came from the bathroom. It made it hard to sleep at times. Even after telling the staff, things didnt change. Dont know if it was only our room, or if its a problem of many rooms, but it ruined our stay there.

This hotel is conveniently located in Jeju City. What we like: - Spacious rooms, clean and looks relatively new - Easy check in and out process - Ample parking and EV charging stations - Just 5 mins drive to Jeju Airport - 10-15 mins walk from Lotte Duty Free, Lotte Mart and Emart. - Many restaurants and dining options nearby What we didn’t like: - Rooms especially the lower floors are close to the roads, and susceptible to traffic noise. - Coin laundry has only two washing machines and dryers available

We stayed in the suite and it is very spacious. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is Bigelow brand with lavender and peppermint scent which smells great. There is jacuzzi inside the room but we did not get the chance to use it. There are plenty of dining options that is walking distance from the hotel. I picked this hotel so I will be close to the airport and car rental return. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is strategic, 7 eleven is just next to the hotel entrance. Across the street there are lots of restaurants. Shopping areas are walkable too. Just that no toothbrush and toothpaste provided. There are no tea spoons in the room too.

Hotel was nice, clean and staff are friendly. However location may not suit everyone. Paid 22k for the breakfast but feel it's not worth it. Variety is limited and food quality can be improved. It's close to the airport and that just about it. It's inconvenient to get around to other parts of the city and usually require taxi or bus transfer.

Location was good, close to restaurants and convenient stores. It’s a very no frills hotel. The rooms unfortunately smelled fishy. The beds were also uncomfortable, but when we asked for an additional pillow and blanket, the front desk said no additional bedding was allowed, despite having extras. They were pretty rude about it and would not even look at you in the face when interacting with you.

We encountered untrained staff, who would say no to any basic requests without any hesitation. We dialed the front desk for some sugar day one on arrival, we were refused! It should have been kept in the room but was missiig. I had to go down and collect it myself. I was told by the front desk there are no house keeping staff after 5pm!! We couldn't get an coffee sticks! The front desk staff were mostly clueless and rude when enquires about any nearby attractions and they had no interest in helping guests. No, language barrier could be one thing, but the whole approach made us less welcoming. So it was really disappointing. The buffet breakfast was the only good thing. the cafeteria on the first floor was equally terrible in terms of what they offered and the quality. There was no other restaurant available in the hotel. But the rooms were not bad for the price you pay, despite next to main road, it wasn't noisy. Overall it was a clean place. If they could add some more English speaking statf and train them to improve customer experiences, spruce up dining the place has potential.
