"The location is very strategic as it is located very close to highway exits (though not in the main road). Staffs are helpful and nice starting from the security upon entering the premises. The room is very recommended for business trips to host small meetings as they provide table with multiple chair to nespresso inroom. "Batavia Apartments is close to Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, where there are several major shopping areas. On Jalan Benhil, within walking distance of Batavia Apartments, there are several ATMs, restaurants, and convenience shops for snacks and drinks. There are always taxis located outside the Apartments, making transportation very easy from there. The staff are friendly. It's nice to have a spa on site, and I enjoyed a relaxing massage on the day I arrived. The pool area is beautiful."

"Room was good, they gave me iron and hangers upon request. Security is good. They had minimart at the basement of the apartment. Bfast facilities were not there so had to look for it outside. Chairs were abit unstable. Cable TV keeps hanging. Entrance doors were difficult to lock and open."

"The staffs are really friendly & helpfull. Quick response. I needed to print my boarding pass, they help me printed it gladly. Just want to add for the house keeping, my suggestion is the room should be clean everyday automatically. So no need to ask & leave key in the front desk. And note also for the key card access most of the card don't work for the swimming pool gate. Need to fix it. Because it's really a big hustle try to find security to open the gate."

"Terrible experience. Only 1 lift working waited lift to come for very long and up to take stair case The inside the room does not working at all and we have to move 3 rooms in 1 day "

"This is not a hotel standard in Jakarta, this is only apartment rental. I tried to call the owner to confirm my booking, but no answer. It just like lost at no where. If there were posibility to cancel my booking and return my money, i will do. Luckily I could convince apartment guards to give apartment key. Since now the owner never call me back. It very bad experiences and the rent price not worth at all."
