"The price was more than the value. Room was comfortable but a bit quirky. We did not like the layout of one of our rooms. We had three rooms as it was a family vacation. Reception was on 12th floor. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The kitchen had sink and refrigerator but no microwave. Extra fee for additional in room coffee pods. Wellness center is an all nude affair. "Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The room is very large and has a sofa also in it; the mattress is fantastic, the location is in the middle of the center of Leiden and the breakfast was very nice. I would definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip."
