"Situated just outside Kuta within easy reach of all surrounding beaches. The villas are scrupulously clean and chic and the private pool is so refreshing. The larger shared pool is huge and very quiet! The staff though really make this resort 4 star...they are so courteous, helpful and friendly, we can't praise them enough. The food too is really good standard at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this villa stay and we will definitely return. "

"We stayed 2 nights in the Jelo Villa, at the Mawun Raya resort ... perched on a hill, with a wonderful view! The villa was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was excellent, the pool and landscaping fabulous (except for a mature dying tree in front of our villa that should be trimmed) and above all, the friendly and always smiling staff! "I would not recommend staying here. The room was extremely hot with only a fan, the staff was up until 1AM partying and being very loud even after I asked them to quiet down. Although breakfast was said to be included the staff was not up by 8am to service it so it was not provided by the time I needed to leave. "Stunning villas with beautiful Moroccan style. Great service, and everyone was very helpful. Rooms were large with super comfortable beds and very beautiful design. High ceiling fans and well insulated so you don't hear the Mosque at 4am. Easy walk to/from central Kuta and an easy access. "Best or top 3 hotels I have been to , excellent. It’s one year old and better than the photos. It’s not very complex to have multiple restaurants and swimming pools but it has all you need. Beautiful rooms, excellent private pool, amazing view, good all inclusive meals. It is a total relaxation paradise piece. Only downside maybe not so many options for breakfast buffet and the lift was not working some times but there were buggy to take to to your room always. Well done to the designer and owner. Also some rooms had privacy issues when in the private pool. Should have thought better. But overall excellent place to relax and visit Lombok and nearby Gillis "
