We chose this hotel because we had an overnight layover. It was a great option. We decided to take a free train from Terminal 3 to Terminal 4 and take the walking bridge to the hotel. It’s about a 10-15 min walk. So it you have luggage it will be a hard walk. Maybe the bus is a butter way for you. It drops you right at the door of the hotel.

Good stay! Loved how easy it was to get to the airport terminals. Free transportation available from the hotel to terminal 3. Short 10 minute walk indoors to the rails. Total of around 20 minutes from hotel to terminal 3 check in. Breakfast included was a plus. Would stay again.

Things in the common areas were a bit past their prime (stained/worn chair cushions, tables on need of cleaning). Room has need of a little TLC, e.g., handles on door and sink plug that didn’t work.

Virtually on airport property. Convenient shuttle, but not free. €6.80 per person. Good dining options as both hotel and the Crown Plaza share the same building. Only 2 usb outlets in room and no electric plugs available for an adapter.

We like it. One night stay was perfect, Breakfast was great, lots of varieties. The front desk staffs were excellent, very polite & courteous. A restaurant personnel (order taker) needs to crack a little smile, it won’t hurt and you might get a tip!

Excellent place to stay before a long-haul flight, had the most perfect sleep, place was super quiet despite being right next to a busy airport. Was surprised at how good of a nights sleep I had! Staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent, will definitely be coming back!

Great that breakfast is included! Really alleviates the stress of trying to find something to eat before early flights. Quite and clean hotel. Modern and not outdated. Good TV channel options.

At the airport, so very close to the terminal. Just a short walk. I loved the breakfast it was better than expected. Breakfast was clearly marked "ask for gluten free bread" etc which was helpful. Our room was big, great shower.

I like the proximity to Terminal 4. The staff were all very pleasant and the room was immaculate. The only thing I missed was room service.

We were flying out of Terminal 5 and the tube was free between terminal 5 and 4 takes 35-45 min. Hotels have covered tunnel that gets you safely to hotel of your choice. We were able to get a late dinner as travelled all day and free breakfast was good.

Regular Hotel facilities at about 3-star. But next to airport, good for sleep then fly only. Nothing nearby. 2-hour around trip to city. We flied in midnight and leaving 15:30. Had planned 1/2 day in London but stopped by the staff - not workable/worthy at all. Must mention, from airport (T5) to hotel (near T4), we took the bus ride like on F1 racing track.... make sure you and your luggages are triple seat-belted! Helmet for sure.

Only one thing negative but is not the fault of the hotel is, the cabs to and from the hotel are quite expensive! Hotel was fabulous!!

I just loved the concept of having hotels attached to airport. Made my travel easy! Was able to catch National Express to visit family in Luton easily. Staff especially Alexanobal at frint desk was very professional and courteous. Will use again for future UK trips.

Best place to stay especially if you are flying out from terminal 4. You don’t have to leave the airport to get to it (Shuttles available to other terminals or use underground train). The rooms are well thought out for travellers- small things that matter like: ample usb port chargers, strategically located throughout the room, lights just where you need them, nice comfy chair with laptop work space, bathroom mirror that does not fog up - pleasant surprise, AND to top it off, sound proof room. Highly recommend.

It is in T4 very essy to go to othere terminals except T5 that needs two transfers. Nice quiet and clean property, good breakfast as well.

We stayed here the first night we arrived, as we were leaving London the next day. Staff were very courteous and helpful and the breakfast is really very good. The room was clean and well-maintained.

It was in terminal 4. Easy to access. The breakfast buffet was plenty and yummy. Will definitely stay there again.
