"Beautiful, clean, relaxing, well-designed resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was great to have on-site, however, the service was very slow. Even when food was preordered for a certain time, we still had to wait for it for about 45 minutes."

"We were upgraded to a villa after a 2 day booking in deluxe room and then the oceana suite, which we never actually got to see after being upgraded to a villa. We'd had a couple of maintenance issues with a plug socket and then a leaking lavatory in our first room. "We loved staying at Donatela resort. It is comparatively remote and not as busy as other resorts in Panglao, it was quite and enjoyable. We traveled with our two toddlers and the kids were always welcomed!
