Ok I will start with the good. The hotel room was very nice, roomy and clean. The reception staff were very helpful and the cleaning staff were fantastic. I accidentally left some cash in my room and the cleaning staff helped me "organize" it and placed it nicely on the desk. Please note that the reception staff can help book tours and ferries for you but those must be paid in cash. The hotel is in a perfect location,right on the beach in the center of all the action. Very convenient. Downside is that at night it can be noisy with all of the competing karaoke belting at full volume. My room was in the back so it was quiet and I could sleep. I recommend a room in the back building if you are a light sleeper.
The restaurant on the other hand was not as enjoyable. The food was ok, but the staff really are not attentive and you have to wave them down to get their attention, except for Jude who was great. The wait staff really could use some more training.
