"Nice room and pool area. Bed was firm. Cold water only in washbasin. Toilet seat loose and reported on arrival but still not fixed after 5 days despite reminder. Panglao was a lovely place to visit. The only the down side it the activities like the Balicasag Island hopping is not well coordinated and organized.
