"I have stayed here a few times and it is usually a great place for the cost. Due to a huge Summit on the island, a lot of places were fully booked. The only room available was a large room and it was clean and had a balcony with a view of the sea. The breakfast buffet had enough choices. At night the view from the Room 801, the rooftop bar, was great and the food was good also. Bartender Dexter and server Tuesday were awesome. And at check-in, Psyche was thorough and pleasant. I will return...

"The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of options. The room was clean. We mostly turned the AC off because the room was cool without it. The pools were great but the sea was even better. Nice beaches and lots of fish. Really enjoyed the snorkelling. Cocktails and food were reasonable for a hotel. Pretty close to the Lapu Lapu monument (which was nice at night) and to mactan new town with Starbucks, McDs and others. Grab is good and useful if you need food or transport."

"All Staff were exceptional 5× The property is however can be 3-4☆ at best but is TRY-ing hard. Ground and rooms are vrry clean 5☆. The 50meter wide Beach 1☆ access needs daily maintenance. Food mediocre 3☆. Some fees are not necessary (lost towel fee 25$- really?) Complimentary game room not really 'free'. As said, big pat on back to hard working staff but some policies can be better. "Staff were attentive and helpful. Hotel has a smell of moist when you go to your floor while the lobby is well presented and freshen with lovely smell. I have stayed before and its my 3rd time now would still recommend price wise."
