"We did not use the pool. Staff were great but the propert was poorly maintained..My husband and i had to check out 4 days early. The bed was very uncomfortable."

Wish it had more beverage options. However, there is a “bar” where you can order drinks for extra charge. One way trip airport service is free and 300 pesos per room if want to request an additional airport shuttle service. Very doable. The room was clean. The bathroom we had was fine but the detachable shower head had water...

"Staff were friendly and property is clean however this time in our room there were no hand towels in the bathroom only shower towels also there was not a ironing board or iron in the closet I have stayed at maayo many times this is a first for me that these items was not present myself and my wife slightly disappointed this visit . Hopefully this is not the hotels future practice"

"The location is few steps away from SM City Cebu, very convenient. Breakfast buffet is superb! Area for improvement is their hotel phone. When I call the hotel for some inquiries they don’t answer, I called a few times nobody answers. Maybe next time this will be better. 😊 Total stay was excellent.
