We received a call in our room from the their staff and demanding for additional charges Php 7,500 for my siblings stayed few hours with us in the room from 3am to 7am. Toilet bowl won't flush and shower clogged. Pool was closed.

Good value - walkable to night spots. Pool itself was fine, but pool area on roof was a bit shabby. And many features of the hotel on the website aren't open (e.g. rooftop zipline, etc)

Crowne is great hotel with spectacular views of sea or mountain. Breakfast was good, beds clean and comfortable. Close to shop and massage within the building area. Walked 5klm morning around area and safe, although had beggar last night asking for money in a drugged stupor, so just be aware when walking locally at night. Howe r you have Robinson mall and other shops in area so it still is our go to place in Cebu.
