The air conditioner and the carpet both had a musty smell. We called the front desk, and they sent an engineer, who informed us that they had been experiencing issues with the air conditioning in that building. We requested to be moved to a different room, and the front desk was very accommodating and kindly arranged the transfer. The second room was better.

The fish soup was delicious. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The musty smell of the carpet, from the lobby to the hallways to the room, is so bad that I had to sleep with a mask on. My sinuses got inflamed. I am looking forward to the Waterfront getting rid of those carpets, which have become home to the mold and mildew causing the mustiness.

This was our second time at the hotel within a week. We came back here after being away in Bohol for three days. Upon check-in, I asked the kind lady at the front desk if she could assign us a better room with a working air conditioner and no musty smells. She said she would try her best. After a few hours, we went back to check and the room was ready. It was in fact better than the first room we had earlier in the week. The air conditioner was still not working at full capacity, but it was better. Also, the room smelled less musty. The next day, we got a notice letting us know that there would be no hot water as the boiler was being worked on. As much as I really appreciate the kindness of the staff, I felt like this property was not the best experience for me and my daughter. I’m pretty certain we will not be back. Sad. :(

The staff members were extremely kind and helpful. The property unfortunately felt outdated, especially the room. The air conditioner was not working very well, the carpet looked and felt dirty, and the room had a musty smell to it that we could not get rid of. I wore a face mask in order to smell the room less. I wish I had a better experience, especially because the staff members were so friendly and attentive.

This is definitely the best choice for a stay if you are getting a domestic transfer and need to sleep for a few hours or so. Unfortunately, their hot water wasn’t working, so for me, it’s a 4 out of 5 because i could not shower after 20 hours of traveling up to that point. Other than that, for only $79, it was an amazing and beautiful hotel with a casino, pool and gym, room service, and breakfast on site. As long as their boiler is fixed, this is a 5 star place to stay for anyone wanting a nice hotel near the airport. Extremely clean also! Like, white glove clean. Enjoy!

The Customer service was incredible. They gave me newfound respect for the phillip polite, but they do a good job. Sometimes you have to trade between the two cleanliness very clean, great stay especially since it’s right next to the airport in would stay there every time as a matter of fact, I will stay there every time I come.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The air conditioning did not work, making the room unbearably hot and uncomfortable. The bed was also very uncomfortable and made loud noises with even the slightest movement, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was another letdown. The food was cold and hard, and the overall quality was poor. The pool was not well maintained and did not look clean or inviting. The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff. They were friendly, polite, and did their best to help. Unfortunately, their kindness could not make up for the poor condition of the facilities. Overall, the hotel is in serious need of improvement. I would not recommend staying here, and I will definitely not be returning.
