"STAY AGAIN: YES. This will be my new "Go To Hotel" when traveling to Cebu. The location was nice with greenery outside the hotel that was pleasant to observe from the restaurant or your room. The view from the room was better than many places in the same area. We could see the water, Port and over to Mactan Island from the room. 7-Eleven within the block THE ROOM: Bed was very comfortable and they had a pillow selection available too. Nice closet shelving system that was enjoyable to use. Central AirCon system worked well. The sofa layout along the window wall was well thought out and comfortable. Being able to get off the bed and sit was wonderful. One of the better TV systems for travelers. A single remote that worked well. The TV channel system was organized by Genre (Sports, News, Family, Movies, etc.) and the many channels were represented by "Icons", not a channel number. Soooo easy to select... MEALS AND ROOM SERVICE: The included breakfast buffet was tasty and some items rotated every day. Custom coffee creations were available too at no additional expense. La Creme coffee shop in the lobby was a delight. Well lit and vibrant in the evenings with customers. The Ube Cake was decadent and well worth a calorie splurge. Room Service: (It was raining a bit during our stay) Pizza was good. The "Make Your Own Pasta" was excellent with the Bolognese meat sauce proving to be very tasty. Ordered it three times during the stay if that tells you anything."

"In our room, what I noticed was the bathroom door was creaking and the nonslip pads were ripped off the floor and there were still residues left. Everything else were great from the bed to the staff. Food was great in the buffet and staff were great."

"All the staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful . It starts from the employees who works at the entrance to people works at customer service , lobby and restaurant. They’ve all very respectful. I admired the company for providing great training to employees. You have all the right people that works with you. They’re all have so much passion on what they do. Highly recommend Radisson Blue. This is the reason I always stay here each time I visit Philippines."

"Second stay i a month's time and again it was top notch, the room spacias, clean, comfortable and had needed amenities for a great stay. The staff in all areas were pleasnt, helpful and knowledgeable plus a good sense of humor. The dining was delicious, we had beef baby ribs and a sirlion steak, we both cleaned our plates...yummy. Breakfast very good with nice selection of choices available. We plan to rerurn again about 3 weeks, looking forward to it... This time we will try eating on the Roof Deck , the menu looks very interesting also, as well as the view."
