"This is the perfect place to stay for a few days especially if you are island hopping. There is no restaurant on site but they are plenty of places to eat around Cebu City. Rooms are on the smaller side of but perfect for short stays. The staff is super friendly and helpful. A big plus was the onsite laundry room. Plenty of spaces to take good pictures around the hotel."

"I like this place. Airport close, not a lot of services nearby really but jeepney trip to Parkmall is simple. Good security too. Clean and surprisingly quiet. Bathroom fittings a bit messed up taps/ bidet/ shower/ tiles/ plug could all be fixed but you gets what ya pay for . And price is excellent. "

"とても清潔なお部屋でした。プールも綺麗で、親子で楽しめました。 部屋にはウォーターサーバーがあり、便利でした。包丁もあったので、買ってきたマンゴーを部屋で食べることもできて、とても良かったです。 ただし、シャワーのお湯がぬるくて、寒かったです。また、フィリピン航空を利用しましたが、空港到着が19時過ぎ、出発が8時だったので、ホテルで送迎はしてくださらず、grabタクシーを利用しました。朝はホテル出発が5時40分と早かったためか、なかなかタクシーが来てくれず、かなり焦りました。 セブ島は海が本当に綺麗で、素敵な場所でした！"

"The property is showing its age, but the room was in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. When I arrived the pool was murky, but by the time I left the water was crystal clear. The gym area is not great, no A/C, but if you're willing to sweat it out, it'll work ... I used the treadmill for an hour and was soaked when finished. Overall this hotel served its purpose and I will use it again."

"２日間利用させて頂きました。 ＳＭモールの近くで立地は最高です! 室内はベット２つとなっていましたが大きいベッドとマットレスが角にあったので床に敷いて利用しました。 画像とは多少異なる点はありますがエアコンの効きもよく寝る分には支障はありませんでした。 シャワーの水漏れが酷く半分以下の水量で浴びるのは苦労しますが値段も安いのでそんなものでしょう。 完璧を求める方は選ばないほうが良いですが、コストパフォーマンスは最高です。 ありがとうございました。"

"What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? "Cockaroachs everywhere. Washroom very dirty. Kitchen dirty. Washing machine dirty. Pots dirty. Woke up with small bugs around the pillow. Washroom is dirty. We just accepted it since it was cheap. The bathtub also had hair on sink which was clogged. I just cleaned it myself."
