"スタッフの方も親切で、南国リゾート感を味わえるとても素敵なホテルです。 お部屋から電話をかけると、お水にタオルにトイレットペーパーや浮き輪など、すぐに持ってきていただけたり、立地が空港から遠方なため、街へ出る際にはスムーズにタクシーを手配いただけるなど、快適に過ごすことができました。 施設の使い勝手ですが、こちらは可もなく不可もなくとなります。 高級ホテルといえども、やはりそこはフィリピン、お手洗いの水が流れないことがあったり、シャワーの水圧が人によっては弱く感じるなど、所々で改善点もあるのが現状です。 施設周辺のエリアにおいては、正直何もなく、ショッピングやアクティビティができる場所まではかなり遠いです。 ここはプルクラ唯一の目立つ難点です。 ただ、ハネムーン旅行や大人旅など、ゆったり落ち着いた空間を求める方にとっては適しているかもしれません。 最後にチコ(まちこ？)ちゃんというヌコがおりますが、この子は超絶可愛いです。 ぜひ一度触れ合ってみてください！ "

"Wifi was only available at the front desk and dining area which actually turned out to be a blessing. This allowed me to be present, enjoy my surroundings, and not be checking my phone every 5 minutes. I really enjoyed this place because it made me feel living life simple. There is a kitchenette, perfect for longer stays. The beach and snorkeling is just a short walk around the corner and free drinking water available."

"Property and room was great. Clean and nice, and pool is awesome, location is awesome by beach. Property is beautiful and staff is friendly. The only thing we didnt like was the food, ordering from menu was expensive and not much food for the price, and some was not tender and adobo mostly bones. I would eat somewhere else next time. The only "food" exception was the free breakfast was very good and generous."

"We were greeted with the very friendly and accommodating staffs. The welcome drinks are very refreshing.The check in process was very smooth. The place is very quiet and I could feel the island vibes. The service is excellent. I traveled with my family with 2 kids and we enjoyed the water activity(kayaking) and the various entertainment at each night.I definitely recommend this place for people who likes peaceful and quiet place and also would definitely stay here again."

"The stay at this resort was very comfortable. The setting is right on the water , with amazing views. The staff and manager, Steve, are super friendly and accommodating. You can use kayaks or take a diving tour with them. The accommodations are clean and the air conditioning work well. The best thing about this location is the setting. I would highly recommend this place."

"Kann, keine Bewertung abgeben. Ich konnte nicht ein checken, da mir keine Flugticket ausgestellt wurden wegen Übergewicht und visa. Ich hätte nach 30 Tagen Ausreise müssen oder für die restlichen Tage ein neues Ticket für aus und wieder Einreise zu kaufen und das habe ich abgelehnt, da es mit mehr Kosten verbunden war.! "Worst hotel ever and first bad hotel at hotels.com, been customer for 50 + hotels in 6 + years. The room smelled so bad of mould and was like a coffinin smell/lack of light etc. We felt claustrofobic, my girlfriend and the staff said it smelled bad. Got a new room that wasnt much better and we checked out the next day at 10 AM, checked in the night before at 8/9 pm. The hotel didnt want to give my money back for the next 2 days and could only give me another bad room, the manager never tried to...

"모든 시설물이 고급스럽습니다. 전용 풀의 수질도 좋구요. 밤새 물교환 및 소독활동도 바람직합니다. 객실과 다이닝룸, 야외 거실에 있는 소품들이 소중한 것들로 진열되어 기분이 좋습니다. 앞바다의 물속 풍경이 정말 아름답습니다. 그리고 헬퍼들의 활동들이 적극적이고 활동적이라 좋았습니다. 주방과 다이닝룸의 모든 비품들이 완벽해서 더 준비해갈 것이 없었습니다. 욕실 내부시설도 꽤 좋은 품질이었어요. 수압이 약간 약한 것(그래도 불편하진 않았어요)만이 약점일 수 있겠네요."
