"Awful - room was dirty and full of insects and geckos, there were ants on the floor when we got to the room, cleaning up some old crumbs that hadn't been cleaned from the floor. Area is not the best for finding a place to eat. Staff didnt speak a word of English - there was no toilet paper in the room so we asked for some, they just couldn't understand what we wanted and kept asking us if we speak Indonesian. For 2 days they didn't bring any toilet paper so they didn't even try to understand...

"I have booked for 6 nights. When I saw how dirty was the bathroom and that there was no light from the outside ( the room looks like a prison cell), I called hotels.com immediately to cancel my booking for the 5 remaining nights. They couldn't reach the manager and nobody answered their calls. In the morning, before checking out, the staff was able to join the manager by phone. I explained the situation and she agreed to refund me the 5 remains nights. But .... one week later, it appears that...
