"It is 3 star hotel and don’t expect more. Our stay was just ok. The room is big but needs to be clean and repainted. Too many black spots on the wall. At 6am some loud music start playing in the hotel. this is Saturday morning…guests wants to rest. The breakfast is not really good. We arrived around 8:30am and everything is already dirty and cold. All our food, expect the omelette was cold. "

"The staffs were amazingly polite. I booked room only without the breakfast but they gave me free breakfast anyway. The room was average, cracked wall here and there. A little mold in the bathroom I think it's a common thing in tropical countries. We stayed there for 9 days, they never changed the bed sheets or replaced the coffee cups with the clean ones unless we put the spoons inside the cups. But overall, it was an excellent stay."

First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite. Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE. I FELT UNSAFE. NO INTERNET for few HOURS. NO ELECTRICITY for few HOURS. I will NOT GO TO this HOTEL."
