"I spent one very happy week at The Island Hotel Bali! The rooms are clean, cool and comfortable. The pool and adjacent lounge are a quiet refuge after a busy day at the beach. There are lots of great restaurants in the area and the hotel’s breakfast is really good. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable and arrange transport anywhere one may want to go. The location is really great down a little path away from the busy street so it os nice and quiet but still near all the action!"

"The room was lovely and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Unfortunately our room on level 2 was very noisy due to the traffic outside 24/7. Also the balcony overlooked the balcony and we could hear mumbled voices especially at breakfast time. The facilities were great but the constant noise was a big issue. "

"Well, the first thing to consider about this hotel is it one of the few remaining Traditional Balinese style hotels. This will mean that there are some things that are not to everyone's liking. We on the other hand loved it, comfortable, well priced and placed, great staff and beautiful grounds.
