The staff was extremely nice from the beginning, even offering a little plush toy to our toddler who was overtired and approaching his limit of being social. "Great staff, convenient location, walkable to Disney, food nearby. Only issue I had was the parking situation. We had some issues with finding parking despite having a parking permit. This would be fine if the parking space was included at no extra charge with the reservation, but it’s 25 bucks a night.some of the stalls are very tight to fit into too. Other than this, the stay was good! Still would recommend."

"Great hotel in most ways. I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman (meaning less money than some). Unfortunately, the shower was clogged and USB chargers in side tables were broken. When done with room service it was placed on floor outside room. Bed was not comfortable for me or my partner and no specific spot for vaping other than down the street. There was not a microwave in the room (we were there 4 nights). "
