I loved the pajamas (asked for a pair but they don't sell them) and it was nice that they had drinks and little welcome snacks in the lobby. "Firstly, compliments to the staff who went out of their way to organise an ophthalmologist appointment for me because of a minor eye infection. The clinic was in short walking distance and the cost only 5000 yen!! The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Osaka Station which gives you access to tons of shopping, dining and rail options. "Hotel location is approximately 15min walk to Osaka Station making it very walkable. We stayed in a Premium Room which provides access to Club Lounge on 24th floor and ability to access this for light breakfasts, afternoon tea, and light dinner as well as complimentary wine/beer from 6pm-8pm.
