Lovely property but the elevator wasn’t working. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast wasn’t worth 14 euro but there were plenty of other places to eat near by. Location was great!

Está muy bien ubicada, pero el elevador no servía, me cobraron 20 euros más al llegar a hospedarme y eso no lo mencionan al reservar, nos costó un poco comunicarnos pues nuestro idioma es el español y no lo hablan en recepción usamos el teléfono ambas partes. Pero es bonito.

Dear Mr/Mrs. Maricela,First of all, we apology again about technical problem out of our control.For the payment at hotel (20,80 euros), it is the City Tax which was required to pay on your arrival at hotel. Every customer will be needed to pay City Tax in hotel if it is not included in the booking. The recommended languages for travellers are french and english here. Nous avons adoré notre séjour ♡ Par contre la chambre était petite mais comme on n'y passait pas beaucoup de temps, c'était quand même correct. L'emplacement de l'hotel est parfait, près des boutiques et restaurants, du metro et du train. Le seul hic : l'hôtel offre une option petit dejeuner à 14 euro qui ne vaut pas la peine... peu de choix pour le prix. Plus avantageux d'aller dans une boulangerie !

Décevant.
J'ai bien lu les commentaires avant de reserver, j'ai lu chambre silencieuse pourtant ca n'a pas ete notre cas. Il n'y a absolument aucune isolation au niveau de la porte et notre chambre se trouvait dans la cage d'escalier, donc consemment réveillé par les gens qui parlaient sans respect dans l'escalier. Quand nous sommes entré dans la chambre il y avait une odeur de poussière, la moquette n'a pas du etre réellement nettoyée depuis longtemps, ce qui donne une odeur ambiante pas tres agréable. Impossible d'ouvrir pour aerer car la fenetre donne sur des conduits d'evacuation dans un petit espace clos entre plusieurs batiments. Le confort du lit était appréciable, de bons oreillers et un etat de propreté tres bien dans la salle de bain. Produit de douche standard. Nous avions pris le petit dejeuné. Lorsque nous sommes arrivé a 8h, aucune table n'etait debarassé, il y en avait de partout, du coup impossible de nous y installer, arrivé pourtant a 8h, nous avons du nous mettre sur le comptoir qui a été dressé a coté du buffet , nous etions installé contre le distributeur de cereales , de couvert et de fruit, donc les autres clients devaient passer devant nous, au dessus de nos assietes pour se servir en fruit ou couvert, nous n'avons pas arrêté de devoir nous pousser de nos propres place pour que certains se servent. Bref bilan general vraiment pas terrible, heureusement que nous y etions qu'une nuit

Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the Louvre and to the train station. Plenty of food options near by. The hotel itself is great. Bed was comfortable. Room is small, but every room I’ve stayed in in Paris is small.

Boutique hotel, close for walking to lots of places you will want to visit. Close to lots of restaurants for good eating. Friendly and helpful front desk! Carpets really need a good cleaning and access to elevator on first floor needs to be fixed.

If you arw looking for a cute and very central hotel in paris... look no further. I booked on the day because my air bnb fell through and this hotel blew me away. The staff were so lovely and friendly and they let me leave my case before i could check in and after check out so i could still enjoy Paris. The room was small and quaint and exactly what I need for a city break. The shower was hot and powerful and refreshing after a day in the sweltering heat. The mattress was a little hard for my personal taste but not enough to massively impact my sleep. The location is perfect. Minutes walking distance from plenty of tourist hotspots, next to so many fantastic restaurants, bars and boulangeries, right next to several metro and bus stops... just the perfect location. Also very easy access to Gard Du Nord for those travelling on the Eurostar. Overall... a wonderful experience and I will book again in a heartbeat!!!

Charged me twice for a prepaid room and refused
In addition to being scammed by paying TWICE for the the room, it was not cleaned. Yes you heard that right! My sister and I had prepaid for the hotel and the concierge asked for our payment without checking the that it was already covered. After charging us twice, they refused the issue a refund through the original card and through cash. They insisted on a bank wire which required our bank account number which we refused. We were not the only ones who had been scammed, there were two other families who had been scammed by the same issue in the lobby. Overall an overpriced and fraudulent hotel, which we are quite unhappy with. The previous guests’ half used water bottles and food boxes were left on the desk and in the fridge. The walls are very thin and the rooms are so close together that you can hear everyone’s conversations. The elevator also did not work on the first floor so we had to carry our bags up a flight of stairs before getting into the elevator. Do not stay here. We are still waiting for them to either refund or charge or tell hotels.com to refund theirs. I will update this if they take the time or trouble to resolve the double charge. Did I say do not stay here

Bonjour Madame,We have considered your request and a refund request for the entire stay was immediately made to Expedia. Indeed, our personal admitted to having made a mistake by debiting you twice, these are things that can happen, but at no time we refused to refund you and at no time we tried to scam you, These are terms that we cannot accept, and we find it very unfortunate that you could make such accusations. Our personal, has kindly explained to you, that a mistake was made and that we will proceed to a refund. Except that only our manager has the possibility to make customer refunds, this is what we explained to you, that at this time the manager was not present. We therefore asked you to leave a bank IBAN, in order to make the refund by bank transfer (a practice that is done very regularly, in France and in EUROPE with which we have never had a problem). You clearly refused, in this case our staff explained to you, that a claim would be made to Expedia, so that they refund you. We apologize for this incident, but nevertheless insist on the terms you use that are regrettable on your part and partly wrong... Hope your return went well.

Great location with safe walking to streets
Though the room is small but it was comfortable for 2 people. Not noisy at night (except when there is soccer and could hear voices nearby cheering). The location is great to walk to happening streets for shopping, restaurants, etc. Breakfast is normal.
