"We had a wonderful stay in Venice at the Carnival Palace Hotel. Fantastic views of the canal in a very quiet location in the city. Lots of local restaurants and cafes nearby plus three water taxi stops. Marco was very helpful with checkin, anniversary extras, plus restaurant recommendations and reservations. Our room was super clean with daily service. Breakfast was a good mixture of savory and sweet. When we return to Venice, we will stay at the Carnival Palace again."

"Perfect for me as a solo traveler. The hotel provided perfect instructions on how to find hotel, took 2 mins from waterbus stop. Shower was extremely small though. Be prepared for stairs but staff was awesome on taking my luggage to and from room. Breakfast was good and fresh. Front desk staff was wonderful on providing dinner and things to do nearby suggestions"

The property was maintained to a high standard and we met the owner who takes a keen interest in how things are going, who you are etc - a lovely cultured lady and a real point of difference from the one size fits all big hotel. Ideally located in central Venice but quiet too, we’d heartily recommend this property and will return again soon hopefully. "
