Also a $100 refundable deposit that you get back at checkout. Still a great price and room needed to be noted. Would stay here again."

"This is a beautiful property. The staff was very helpful even though we checked in late in the evening. He told us of some sights that we might want to see that were within walking distance. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. The breakfast was great with a lot of options."

"Dirty sheets, and employee got an attitude because we asked to hand them changed. Completely ignored us as he yanked the sheets off the bed. All we asked was if they were going to change the sheets…. Never answered us and my husband asked several times. We immediately checked right back out and got a full refund."

I arrived late at night to a completely dark lobby with very few lights on, which immediately felt unwelcoming and unsafe. The front desk associate seemed uninterested, lacked professionalism, and treated my concerns as more of an inconvenience than a priority. When I entered my room, there was a large hole in the ceiling directly above the bed with exposed electrical wiring hanging down. I...

"Room was fine except not enough electrical and usb outlets. Breakfast was good food but extremely overpriced. Win or lose, this is our favorite casino left in Tunica."

"They put a lot of time and money into the renovation of the lobby. There was, however, a lot of trash in the parking lot and no renovation in the rooms. There was no phone in the room to call the lobby. I had to go back down to get a code for the wifi. Everything is a scan-a-code for self-check-in. Scan a code for the wifi. The only food available was a little corner of microwave stuff and chips... self-scan. I prefer a little more human assistance after driving all day."
